Custom Training Programs

        If you are wanting custom in-person or just the custom program itself,  fill out the form with the athletes information. Custom Programs allow the athlete to have a personal and tailored program that fits their needs and wants. Custom programs are the best way to go when it comes to training. It will allow the athlete to grow and develop their skills to their body and abilities.

       Once you have filled out the form push submit. And I will go through and will add all the things you are wanting and will email or text you the bid amount for your program.

The varieties the athlete can select :

  • Speed
    • covers speed mechanics, acceleration, explosiveness, top speed, overall sprinting, etc.
  • Vertical
    • covers jump mechanics, force, explosiveness, reaction, single/both leg jumping, etc
  • Strength
    • covers lifting for strength,  explosiveness, force output, reaction, durability, power, etc.
  • Elite Speed | Speed + Strength
    • all forms of sprint training while covering strength training to enhance the athletes sprinting.
  • Elite Vertical Leap | Vertical + Strength
    • all forms of jump training while covering strength training to enhance the athletes vertical leap.
  • Triple Threat | Speed + Strength + Vertical
    • all three varieties of REV included. Strength training added with speed and vertical to enhance pure athletic ability.

       Whatever the athlete selects on the form, the custom program will include links to video tutorials to the lifting, sprinting, and jumping training techniques.
