Brayker Smith
My name is Brayker Smith, I am an All-American track and field athlete, competed in the 2021 USATF Junior Olympics, 2023 Simplot Games finisher, multiple BYU Invitational top finisher, 2023 District champion, and multiple state championship finisher. I competed in the 100, 200, High Jump, Long Jump, and multiple relays. I also am based out of Preston, Idaho. For the last couple years I studied and researched sprint mechanics, jump mechanics, plyometrics, isometrics, and hundreds of methods of training to improve an athletes speed and vertical leap. I also researched how lifting weights would create strength and power on the track. I implemented all this information into my own training and was able to achieve high success in my sport. After I graduated I completed a sports training course and became a ACE Sports Performance Specialist and started REV Sports Performance. I continue competing in the sport of track and field and am aiming high.
I am trained to help athletes develop their speed, vertical, and strength. The basics of athletics require proper training and mechanics to build the athletes overall athleticism. When you have a proper program the covers strength training, which will benefit every athlete, and speed or vertical conditioning, it will create next level athletes. I want to give athletes the best program and elevate their knowledge with training as well as ability.
