This Program is designed to help new and experienced athletes build fundamental sprint mechanics and explosive reaction. This program is useful for any athlete of any sport that involves sprinting and mass velocity. This program does not require the personal trainer. It consists of three days a week for a time period of four weeks. And will cover basic and fundamental mechanics and training methods for sprinting power. 

This program includes:

  • 3 main days of training a week.
  • Basic full warm up routine
  • Specificaly speed training(no weights needed)
  • Reps and rest time increase and decrease as program moves on.
  • Tutorials and examples.

 

The progam comes with links to videos of tutorials and examples of various workouts/training methods and the reasoning behind them.
