This program is designed to help new and experienced athletes build explosive power and vertical leap. This is designed for any athlete looking to build vertical power in their sport.This program does not require the personal trainer. It consists of three days a week for a time period of four weeks. And will cover basic and fundamental mechanics and training methods for vertical power.
This program includes:
- 3 main days of training a week.
- Targets stamina, force output, power, reaction, explosiveness, coordination, etc.
- Specificaly jumping training(no weights needed)
- Reps and rest time increase and decrease as program moves on.
- Tutorials and examples.
The progam comes with links to videos of tutorials and examples of various workouts/training methods and the reasoning behind them.
