This Program is designed to help experienced and advanced athletes build strength and lifting mechanics. This program is useful for any athlete of any sport and will increase strength, force production, and durability. This program does not require the personal trainer. It consists of two days a week of lower body training and three days of upperbody, mobility, and core for a time period of twelve weeks. Its designed to have enough time for the athlete to grow and improve on their strength and durability.
This program includes:
- 2 main days of lifting which covers lowerbody a week.
- 3 other days a week that include upperbody, mobility, and core(not required but highly suggested. The two lower body days are priority)
- Targets strength, force output, power, explosiveness, coordination durability, etc.
- Reps and rest time increase and decrease as program moves on.
- Tutorials and examples.
The progam comes with links to videos of tutorials and examples of various workouts/training methods and the reasoning behind them.
