This Program is designed to help experienced and advanced athletes build vertical mechanics and elite explosive reaction. This program is useful for any athlete of any sport that involves jumping and explosiveness. This program does not require the personal trainer. It consists of three main days of training and three optional/accessory days a week for a time period of twelve weeks. The athlete will undergo simple and advanced training methods to build or improve their explosiveness and leaping ability.
This program includes:
- 3 main days of training a week.
- 3 accessory days a week of training(optional but not required.
- Targets stamina, force output, power, reaction, explosiveness, coordination, etc.
- Full warm up routine
- Specificaly jumping training(no weights needed)
- Reps and rest time increase and decrease as program moves on.
- Tutorials and examples.
The progam comes with links to videos of tutorials and examples of various workouts/training methods and the reasoning behind them.
