This Program is designed to help experienced and advanced athletes build the essentail mechanics to athletics. Speed, strength, and vertical leap leads to the most advanced athletes.  This program is useful for any athlete of any sport that involves sprinting, strength, and jumping. This program does not require the personal trainer. It consists of four days a week for a time period of twelve weeks. The athlete will undergo simple and advanced training methods to build or improve their explosiveness, reaction, force output, strength, durability, and coordination.

This program includes:

  • 4 main days of training.
    • 2 days of lower body weight training a week
    • 2 days of speed/vertical training a week.
  • Full warm up routine
  • Reps and rest time increase and decrease as program moves on.
  • Vertical will be a main focus one week and switches to speed the other week, but both are trainied EVERY week.
  • Tutorials and examples.

 

Strength, vertical, and speed training go together perfectly. Lifting leads to force output, power, strength, durability and explosiveness. While vertical and speed training put to use of that power and force. All these things enhance the athletes overall skill level and athleticism.

The progam comes with links to videos of tutorials and examples of various workouts/training methods and the reasoning behind them.
